Karen R. Hilton is an experienced business leader, certified professional coach, speaker, and consultant. Her passion is helping productive individuals, and the organizations they serve, discover Vision, Focus, Purpose, and Perspective™.

Prior to T.A.P., Karen held management and leadership positions in some of the world’s best companies, working with some of the world’s best talent in technology, automotive, media, finance, and retail industries.

In addition to Karen’s work as a champion of leadership and organizational excellence, she is also in high demand as a speaker, panelist, and facilitator on topics such as strategic planning, women’s leadership, change management, employee relations, workforce engagement, organizational culture, communications, and human resources transformation. As an experienced Operations & HR Manager, Kimberly is responsible for operational efficiency at T.A.P. Leadership Development Group.

Kimberly is also affectionately known Karen’s right hand and known by our team and clients alike as the “heart” of our team.

Whether we are publishing new content, supporting a client’s global leadership engagements, launching our annual Vision Build Experience, or partnering with our local Chamber of Commerce, Kimberly ensures a smooth, effective, and efficient operation as we serve our clients and community.

Kimberly lives in Woodstock, GA with her husband Mike, son Ford, and yellow lab Hank.

Kelly Bartlett, Director of Learning & Programs

Kelly has over 20 years of experience working with leaders across the globe at all levels of the organization. In addition to coaching expertise, Kelly has served in Talent Management leadership roles in large and small organizations, which gives her first-hand experience with the many challenges leaders face in today’s complex, distraction filled, and ever-changing world.
 
Across her career, Kelly has been designing and delivering various leader development programs and initiatives, conducting high performing teaming sessions for senior leaders, leading change and culture initiatives and serving as a trusted coach and advisor for leaders at all stages in their careers.

Kelly has been coaching leaders and teams since 2008 and has experience in over 25+ industries.  As a coach and talent development strategic advisor, she has spent most of her time in finance and accounting, education, automotive, technology and consumer packaged goods as well as finance and HR functions. Kelly specializes in new leader development, resiliency and building highest performing teams. She holds a MA in Leadership Education from the University of San Diego and is certified in many psychometric, 360, other assessments including the core Hogan personality assessments.

Kelly holds a PCC level certification from the International Coaching Federation.
